"Boy on a Seahorse" at the Santa Barbara wharf. The sculpture was a gift from Puerta Vallarta, Santa Barbara's "sister city" in Mexico. Sister Cities International, incidentally, is a wonderful cultural exchange program started by Dwight Eisenhower in 1956.
